ATM reserves the right to recoup instructor’s costs incurred as a result of scheduled training cancellation for expenses that lead up to the travel date for the training event scheduled via ATM confirmation. Once confirmation has been submitted to the customer all expenses incurred by the instructor are subject to re-imbursement from the customer. ATM reserves the right to collect those incurred expenses plus a $50 handling fee should the training event not be rescheduled.
We want your undivided attention. A sterile classroom helps your concentration, and keeps your cost down.
It sure helps us avoid asking questions later. Our new database will track your progress, and allow us to better tailor the syllabus. Please answer as many questions as you can on initial submission, and fill in as many blank spaces as you can before the training event. The more complete information the database is, the better we can serve you.
The fully completed Registration form is sufficient to get you "on the SCHEDULE". We will need more information to make any customization to your syllabus. If your insurance underwriter has special requirements, we need even more data to communicate with them. Absolutely essential information is: name of pilot to be trained; name of individual or organization that is requesting the training; type of training (initial, recurrent, supplemental, advanced avionics); insurance information, broker, phone number, underwriter; make, model N-number, serial number, variant; location of training; desired training dates.
Information provided to us is privileged to ATM and our staff for the purposes of providing you our customers with the management of your aviation education requirements. Privacy Policy
